The purchase of a home is the largest investment most of us will ever make. It makes sense to understand what you are buying. The cost of a home inspection is small compared to the purchase price of your home but worth every penny. In many cases the money you spend for an inspection is offset by having the seller fix some of the items that are discovered.

Our reports are computer generated and include numerous photos and/or videos to clarify areas of concern as well as providing information about specific systems. We will go over our findings at the conclusion of the inspection and take all the time needed to make sure you are comfortable with the items reported.
We encourage you to attend the inspection review (typically lasts about an hour) and welcome you to ask questions during. This process is about you and your understanding of the purchase you are going to make. If you cannot be at the review our reports are very detailed and easy to read & understand. If you have questions, even after you move in, we are available to help.
